This Privacy Policy explains how Alemotions LLC (“Alemotions,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects personal information when you visit alemotions.com (the “Site”), use our forms, complete The Alemotions Diagnostic™, or communicate with us.
Information provided directly. We may collect first and last name, email, company or position where applicable, language, area of interest, message, predefined diagnostic answers, results, three indicators, score, band, dimensions, visual constellation, communication preferences, and submission date and time.
The diagnostic uses predefined answers. The contact form may permit free text. If you provide organizational or third-party information, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Automatically collected information. We and our providers may receive IP address, browser, device, operating system, technical identifiers, date and time, visited pages, referral source, general location, interactions, security logs, and information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Local storage. The Site may temporarily preserve progress, answers, or preferences in your browser. You may clear them through browser settings.
We may use information to operate and secure the Site; respond to inquiries; calculate, personalize, and deliver results; create PDFs and visual representations; administer prospect and client relationships; send requested communications; send newsletters or marketing with consent or another lawful basis; measure performance and campaigns; prevent fraud and spam; improve processes; create aggregated benchmarks and insights; develop products and services; and comply with legal obligations.
Delivery of the diagnostic is not conditioned on marketing consent.
The Alemotions Method™ and The Alemotions Diagnostic™ were developed by Alemotions based on its founder’s professional experience, organizational knowledge, strategic judgment, and proprietary approach. Alemotions defines and selects their structure, dimensions, questions, options, indicators, scoring logic, bands, criteria, and general interpretations.
The constellation is a visual representation of the indicators, not a separate methodology. Calculation, classification, personalization, and delivery may be performed automatically through rules and workflows predefined by Alemotions. Technology tools do not independently determine the criteria or conduct an autonomous professional assessment.
We may use providers of hosting, forms, automation, email, newsletters, CRM, storage, backup, productivity, document and PDF generation, analytics, advertising, security, spam detection, artificial intelligence, and content processing.
Some providers may incorporate artificial intelligence features. Their use is instrumental and operational: they are not the authors or owners of The Alemotions Method™ or The Alemotions Diagnostic™, do not conduct the individualized assessment, and do not determine its structure, methodology, scoring, or results.
Depending on context, we process information to fulfill your request, with consent, for a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, for legitimate operational and security interests, or to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
We may disclose information to the provider categories above, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or in a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
If advertising pixels are activated, identifiers and internet activity may be disclosed to platforms for measurement, attribution, or advertising. In some jurisdictions this may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising. We will provide opt-out controls where applicable.
The Site uses or may use strictly necessary, preference, analytics and performance, marketing, advertising, and security technologies. Tools may include Netlify, Google Analytics, Netlify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google, reCAPTCHA, honeypots, or similar services.
Where required, non-essential technologies will not activate before your choice. You may accept, reject, and manage preferences. We will seek to recognize signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable and technically supported.
We may send results, confirmations, responses, and professional communications. With authorization or another lawful basis, we may also send resources, newsletters, and updates. Opt out through the message or at evolve@alemotions.com. Opting out does not affect necessary transactional messages.
We may use reasonably de-identified or aggregated information to improve the diagnostic and The Alemotions Method™, create benchmarks, identify trends, publish statistics and insights, and develop products, services, and content. We will not publicly identify a person or organization without authorization.
Residual copies may temporarily remain in backups until overwritten.
Submissions may be received through Netlify and email and stored on computers, devices, email services, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or other cloud, CRM, productivity, or backup services. Alemotions operates from the United States, and providers may process data elsewhere. Where required, we seek to use recognized international-transfer safeguards.
Depending on your residence, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing or targeted advertising; learn data categories and recipients; use an authorized agent; appeal a decision; or complain to an authority. Contact evolve@alemotions.com. We may verify identity and apply legal exceptions.
We apply reasonable measures, but public forms are not channels for passwords, regulated information, trade secrets, or highly sensitive information. Submission does not itself create a contractual confidentiality obligation or replace a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The Site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 or intentionally permit individuals under 16 to complete the diagnostic.
We apply reasonable measures, including HTTPS and limited access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not control the content, policies, or security of LinkedIn or other linked external services.
A professional relationship may also be governed by a proposal, Professional Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Mutual NDA. The specific agreement controls that relationship.
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version and is not an expiration date. Changes will be posted here and, where applicable, renewed consent will be requested.
